My Qualifications
I received my training at the American Center for the Alexander Technique (ACAT) in New York City, a 3-year, full-time program requiring 1600 hours of training. I obtained my teaching certification in 1993. I am also certified by the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT). AmSAT (formerly NASTAT) is the largest professional organization for Alexander teachers in the United States, and is affiliated with seventeen international societies of Alexander teachers committed to supporting the highest standards of teaching, professional training and conduct worldwide.
